Concerts co-organized with the Italian Cultural Institute in Cracow as part of the 24th Week of the Italian Language in the World.

„I remember Pasquale Iannone, very young, sitting at the piano in my class at the Biella Academy, for an audition. I was immediately struck by the power of his sound achieved with apparent ease, as well as the coherence of his musical speech—direct, free from questionable taste mannerisms.

‚Here is a talent that will prove itself,’ I thought, and I believe I was right. Today, Pasquale Iannone is among the pianists who not only ‚know’ how to play and interpret but also handle the most challenging aspects of the virtuoso repertoire; a repertoire that had almost disappeared from piano programs for about fifteen years.” — ALDO CICCOLINI

With these words, Aldo Ciccolini gave his blessing to Pasquale Iannone, who repaid that trust with dedication, discipline, and enthusiasm that have always characterized his pianism, achieving success in prestigious international competitions such as „Casella” in Naples, „Gina Bachauer” in Salt Lake City, „New Orleans” (USA), and the Web Concert Hall Competition (USA).

Currently, continuing a career that has led to performances both in recitals and as a soloist with orchestras in Italy, the USA, Japan, Germany, Romania, Spain, Belgium, Turkey, South Africa, France, South Korea, England, Scotland, Venezuela, and Mexico, in concert halls such as Carnegie Hall in New York, Sala Verdi in Milan, and Kumho Recital Hall in Seoul, Pasquale Iannone has established himself as an internationally renowned pianist and teacher, guiding his students to excel in major international competitions.

His recordings and performances of works such as Moszkowski’s Op. 59 Concerto and Scharwenka’s 4th Concerto, as well as more standard repertoire, have placed him among the top Italian pianists, equally appreciated abroad.

In the past two years, Pasquale Iannone has performed in recitals and with orchestras in Italy, Romania, Japan, France, the USA, and Germany, and made a successful debut in Turkey (Istanbul) with the Wiener Kammersymphonie and in Mexico with the Mexican National Symphony Orchestra.

In June 2014, he was also invited to the jury of the „Gina Bachauer International Artists Piano Competition” (Salt Lake City – Utah – USA).

He toured China, performed at the Roty Soirée concert in Budapest with the MAV Symphony Orchestra, made his debut in Bulgaria with Beethoven’s 5th Concerto, played in Ankara with the Baskent Chamber Orchestra, returned with a recital in Milan at Sala Verdi, made his Polish debut with a recital, and performed at Gasteig in Munich (Carl Orff Hall), a city to which he returned in April 2017 to play Beethoven’s 3rd Concerto at the Herkulessaal.

In 2018, he made his debut in Portugal with Rachmaninoff’s 2nd Concerto.

In 2019, one of his CDs was featured in the national magazine Suonare News, and in 2020 he made his debut at the Venice Music Biennale.

A three-CD set titled „Pasquale Iannone’s Piano School at the Barletta Piano Festival,” recorded by 15 of his talented students, was released.

He recently served on the jury of the International Piano Competition „Franz Liszt” in Weimar, and in 2022 he returned to the USA with Moszkowski’s Op. 59 Concerto.

In June 2022, his album of Liszt’s music was released for the national magazine AMADEUS.

Re-invited to Madeira (Portugal) at the end of 2022, he gave a series of concerts in the United States in February 2023, where he received new invitations for 2025.
