Denys Maistruk (Ukraine)

Denys Maistruk (born in 2002) is a pianist, currently a second-year bachelor studentat the Krzysztof Penderecki Academy of Music in Krakow, in Professor Andrzej Pikul's piano class. In 2022, he graduated with honors from the piano class of Natalia Churkova at the Zhytomyr Music Profesional College, located in Zhytomyr, Ukraine.
He is the laureate of various competitions such as the "Manchester International Music Competition 2023 Season 1" (1st prize), "World Grand Prix International Music Contest 2023" (1st prize), “Franz Schubert International Music Competition 2022” (1st prize), “13th World Open Music Competition 2022” (1st prize), “VII Krystian Tkaczewski International Piano Competition Busko-Zdrój, Poland”, 2022 (3rd prize), “Open All-Ukrainian Competition of Young Musicians for the 105th Anniversary of HNUM named after I.P. Kotlarevsky”, 2022 (1st prize), “The 1st International Edvard Grieg Competition Ukraine” (2021) (2nd prize), “1st International Piano Competition named after Jan Hoffman in Krakow”, 2019 (laureate diploma).
